Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Include all original accessories

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used massage or body care products cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
